A N.C.& Polyurethane based gravure printing ink system for surface printing /reverse lamination applicable on flexible films.
Print Process : Gravure / Flexo and also for C.I. Flexoo
Substrates: Applicable on PET, BOPP, Pearl BOPP, Foil, MET BOPP/PET

Shades: Available in Standard Shades with intermixing capability to achieve desired shades at press room level. Our shades cover excellent range of ARSR, Light Fastness and Food Grade.
Print Viscosity [in sec by B-4 Cup @ 30 deg C)- - 15 to 20
Solvent System (for Gravure)
- Slow ETHYL ALCOHOL: NBA: BUTYL ACETATE--- 80:10:10
- Normal ETHYL ACETATE : IPA : TOLUENE/ ETHYL ALCOHOL --- 40:20:40
- Fast ETHYL ACETATE : IPA : NBA --- 60:30:10
- Retarder Downol PM, Butyl Acetate can be used
Remark: Highly recommended for Heat Resistant Surface Printing Applications.
