Sackflex

  • Inks for printing on P.P. / HDPE woven sacks for Cement, Fertilizer, Detergent and other Industries. Bag printing is done by Flexo Process.
  • This ink has been carefully formulated to print woven sack. Adequate tape adhesion and also excellent scratch resistance result may be obtained even the woven sacks are untreated.
  • It is a specially designed Polyamide based printing ink system for surface printing only.

  • Substrates: Applicable on Corona Treated P.P. / HDPE Fabric / Untreated P.P. Fabric.

Special Heat Resistance Inks For Ad*star/ Block Bottom Bags

This is a customised ink with high heat resistance property suitable for ADSTAR bag printing system.

This type of ink can withstand very high sealing temperature.

This ink is suitable up to 250 meter / minute printing speed.

This ink has good Scotch Tape and scuff resistance property.

Print Process: FLEXO

Substrates: Applicable on Corona Treated Laminated P.P. Fabric only.

Ready mixed reducer and retarder for this H.R. P.P. Ink can also be supplied.
